  • 1. What types of meals are available?
    Each week, artisan chefs prepares a menu containing poultry, beef, fish, pork and vegetarian entrees. A portion of the menu is rotated on a weekly basis to ensure meal variety and to provide new experiences for your eating pleasure.
  • 2. What makes the meals healthy?
    All foodQ meals allow one to achieve the USDA recommendations for a 2,000 calorie diet and remain consistent with the USDA Healthy Eating Index (2015) Standards.
  • 3. How do I prepare the meals?
    foodQ delivers ready-to-heat meals, which means no food preparation is required. All meals can be placed in a microwave of an oven to heat prior to eating. Each meal provides heating instructions on the label and it is the customer's responsibility to review and follow the instructions carefully.
  • 4. How long can I wait before eating the meal?
    All meals will come with a "best by" label. However, it is the customer's responsibility to properly refrigerate meals that are not going to be eaten immediately to reduce food safety and food quality concerns.
  • 1. Is subscription mandatory?
    No. A user can elect to purchase meals without joining as a subscriber. If a user does not join as a subscriber, the user pays any delivery fees and is not eligible to receive the benefits associated with a subscription.
  • 2. What are the benefits of a subscription?
    As a subscriber of foodQ, you receive the following advantages: (1) The value of one meal with a purchase of every meal (BOGO) (2) The ability to donate BOGO meals (3) No delivery fees
  • 3. How do I redeem my BOGO meal(s)?
    Subscribers can manage their BOGO meals under "My Queue." The queue provides subscribers with three options to enhance the value of their subscription. (1) Deliver Meals: Subscribers can elect to redeem BOGO meals from the queue page, or apply the BOGO in the shopping cart on the next purchase. (2) Donate Meals: Subscribers can elect to donate BOGO meals to individuals at local homeless shelters, food pantries, or other community-based organizations selected by BCBS Institute. There is no minimum/maximum number of BOGO meals a subscriber can donate at any given time. (3) Drop in Queue: Subscribers can elect to store BOGO meals in their queue to redeem at a later date. Subscribers can store up to 50 BOGO meals at any given time.
  • 4. How do I become a subscriber?
    It's simple! You need to review the subscriber Terms and Conditions available on foodqhub.com, and simply click on the subscribe button to accept and join.
  • 5. What is the cost of the subscription?
    The subscription fee is $10 per month. The subscription payment occurs on the 1st of the month following your subscription date.
  • 6. How do I pay the subscription fee?
    The subscription fee is automatically processed through the payment mechanism you set up when you purchase a meal. As a user of the service, you may utilize all major credit and debit cards.
  • 7. How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel the subscription at any time by clicking on the "Cancel Subscription" button in your user profile.
  • 8. Why did my subscription get deactivated?
    If you didn't abide by the terms of the subscription, your subscription may be deactivated. If you dispute any such actions, please press the "Contact Us" button below.
