A lunchtime favorite! Home-style Sloppy Joe mix on a buttery bun, served with a side of creamy Cole Slaw and a dill pickle spear.

  • SLOPPY JOE: ground beef, chicken stock, onion, carrot, green pepper, tomato paste, maple syrup, kale, garlic, dijon, apple cider vinegar, paprika, parsley, ancho chile powder, salt, black pepper
  • COLESLAW: cabbage, vinaigrette (mayonnaise, dijon, whole grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey) celery, red pepper, carrot, dill
  • TOPPINGS: whole wheat bun, dill pickle spear

Chef's Recommendation: Heat a saute pan over medium-high heat with 1 tsp of oil or cooking spray. When pan is hot, add beef mix to pan and heat, stirring frequently, until heated throughout, about 5 minutes. When hot, serve with sauce and garnishes as desired.

Microwave Instructions: Remove all but beef mix from container and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then heat for 30-second intervals until hot. Serve with garnishes as desired.
